Safety Year 2025 

Calling all Safety Personnel,

It’s that time of year to collect the information for the AWRF Safety Program. Both first time and established participants are welcome to submit forms.

Below is the current AWRF Safety Award Program form. The data is based on your 2025 results. The award provides AWRF members with an opportunity for recognition to those achieving a high level of success in their company’s safety performance. Qualifying AWRF members can use the award as a point of recognition within their company as well as externally as a marketing tool. Additionally, each member will have a better understanding of how their company compares within our industry in the area of worker safety.

By collecting this data, AWRF can develop specific HSE goals and programs for what our member companies need to improve their overall safety. Since this award was created, we have worked to grow the level of participation each year with your support. The more member involvement we have in this program, the more meaningful and comprehensive the statistics and feedback.

Your individual company information will be kept completely confidential. All responses will be sent directly to the AWRF office where they will be processed by the AWRF staff. Only the collective results will be shared outside of the AWRF office.

***Please do NOT include any employee names on the injury section of the OSHA form.

Award forms are to be returned by Thursday, September 10th.

We encourage you to send your company's 2025 Safety year forms even if you did not earn a Green rating and have Time Lost injuries. This will help AWRF to understand the most common accidents in our industry.

A quick reminder: Award levels are based on consecutive years of a Green rating. Don’t miss the opportunity to continue or start being recognized for your company’s achievement. Companies earning an award will be recognized during the Fall meeting in Maui, HI. The program includes the main location, however additional branch information may be submitted. Plaques outside of the main office, would be for purchase.
